Reverse mortgage servicer and lender Reverse Mortgage Solutions announced this week it has selected KeyMark Inc. as its document management software provider—a shift that will help to expend its existing Kofax Capture system.
“By implementing this capture system, RMS can process origination documents though Kofax using more advanced capabilities for classification and separation,” says Victoria Newman, vice president of sales and marketing at KeyMark.
The existing Kofax system is used by RMS for ingestion, indexing and release of servicing documents, with the expansion efforts working toward the use of Kofax Transformation Modules (KTM) for classification and separation of incoming loan documents. The documents will be imported into Kofax automatically using KeyMark’s Docuport.
“An enhancement to our current Kofax system will help us streamline processes and increase efficiencies, resulting in improved customer service,” says Kevin Gherardi, executive vice president and CIO for RMS. “Once the new system is in place, we will be able to quickly and effectively separate and sort incoming loan documents.”
