Bank Demand Leads 1st Reverse Mortgage USA to Add New AEs

NewImage1st Reverse Mortgage USA, a division of Cherry Creek Mortgage Company has added four new account executives to expand its bank and credit union partnerships.  The new additions include Joe Breheny; Jack McGovern; Scot Mountcastle and Randy Strom.

“With their established credentials, these account executives have the proven talent and experience to drive sales and help maintain 1st Reverse Mortgage USA’s upward growth trajectory,” said Dan Harder, Vice President, 1st Reverse Mortgage USA.

“The additional support and expertise they offer will complement our strong education, sales and marketing program.  Mr. Breheny has over 40 years of financial sales experience; Mr. McGovern has over seven years of financial sales experience; Mr. Mountcastle has over 28 years of financial sales experience and Mr. Strom has over 12 years of financial sales experience.”

1st Reverse Mortgage USA operates a business that caters to banks and credit unions by offering an easy way to offer reverse mortgages to current customers and create an additional income stream with little to no investment said the company.

The decision to hire additional executives results from an increased demand from regional regional and community banks, credit unions and mortgage bankers said Harder.

“The financial services market is undergoing a significant transition and, as a result, institutions are forced to continually evolve and become more efficient. By outsourcing their reverse mortgage program to us, financial services institutions can remain focused on their core business and concentrate on meeting the needs of their customers,” he said.

A spokesperson for the company said it currently works with more than 70 banks and credit unions representing over 350 branch locations.
