Through a newly formed partnership, Mahwah, N.J.-based Longbridge Financial LLC will now provide its reverse mortgage borrowers with automatic identity protection services upon loan closing.
As a result of the partnership with IDT911, a Scottsdale, Ariz.-based provider of identity and risk management services, Longbridge cutovers will automatically receive LifeStages Identity Management Services as an added benefit when they close their loan. For Longbridge, the company sees this new offering as a unique way to express customer appreciation as well as provide peace of mind from fears identity theft.
“At Longbridge Financial, we are always looking for ways to provide industry leading benefits and service,” said Melissa Macerato, executive vice president of Longbridge Financial, in a written statement. “With the range of programs and personalized care that IDT911 offers, our customers can have continued peace of mind even after they obtain a reverse mortgage loan with us.”
The LifeStages program allows customers and their family members to manage identities and resolve fraud such as phishing scams, medical or email account compromise, tax-related identity theft and data breach exposures.
LifeStages also provides a variety of additional services apart from detection and reactive monitoring, including consumer education, advocacy and 24/7 guidance.
