For reverse mortgage originators using ReverseVision’s RV Exchange (RVX) platform, the user experience recently received an upgrade with the launch of a new customer support portal this week.
ReverseVision launched the RV Support Portal on Wednesday in efforts to better serve RVX users who have questions or encounter technical issues that require assistance when using the loan origination system.
The RV Support Portal provides faster customer service responses, real-time status updates of support issues and an interactive self-help knowledge base available 24/7.
With new content added everyday, the knowledge base is a one-stop place for RVX users to find information, including solutions to common problems, product tips, software release notes, notices and online manuals.
“Being able to access our knowledge base after business hours or check the status of an existing support ticket are just some of the benefits of the Support Portal,” said Jason Price, support manager at ReverseVision, in a written statement. “We are excited to be able to offer this service and are certain it will enhance workflow and assist in solving users’ issues in a timely manner.”
Access to the new Support Portal is available to all RVX users who set up an account. ReverseVision plans to enhance the RV Support Portal and improve its features as the Support Team identifies common issues and user trends.
