Reverse Focus is expanding its Sales Engine (SE) suite with the addition of the SE Advanced Reporting Dashboard, the company announced Wednesday.
“Our priority remains to provide an extremely powerful [Customer Relationship Manager] CRM platform with a simple and beautiful user interface for lenders and reverse mortgage professionals alike,” says Shannon Hicks, president of Reverse Focus, in a statement.
The lead performance dashboard features lead metrics such as time to contact, qualification, conversion and contact ratios and a graphical sales pipeline.
“In addition, users have a variety of ready-made reports available which can be easily customized,” the company says. “Sales Engine’s report filters are simple yet powerful with an easy graphical user interface.”
Users may also choose between reporting on a current snapshot of their lead data or historical views.
Reports can be exported to an Excel spreadsheet, CSV file or a PDF. The new tool also features the ability to manage reminders, calendar items and system notifications in one unified dashboard.
“With lenders and brokers seeking to better manage their marketing dollars, this tool helps measure marketing effectiveness, conversion ratios and loan officer activities in origination,” Hicks tells RMD about the timing of the reporting dashboard’s release.
