National valuation services company Landmark Network has announced an integration of its platform with that of Mercury Network. The integration is aimed at streamlining the appraisal order placement and tracking process for current and future Landmark clients who also utilize Mercury’s software platform.
The integration spans Landmark’s Landscape appraisal management software and Mercury’s a la mode vendor management solution. It allows users to submit appraisal order information to Landscape to make payment, check status, request revisions, and send and receive messages. Through detailed logs of order activity, users can also access a reliable audit trail as a result. A final version of the appraisal and GSE submission reports are then delivered to the Mercury Network platform where they are accessible for future reference.
“Most importantly, this will eliminate loss or miscommunication of data and information when trying to juggle the use of multiple systems,” Landmark says.
Landmark provides the same services that Mercury does and offers a competing product, but the integration of the platforms allows clients of both Landmark and Mercury to streamline their process.
“We have entered the tech space with our Landscape product and this latest integration with Mercury further improves our system,” said Erik Richard, chairman and CEO of Landmark Network.
To that end, Landmark was recognized this year in the 15th Annual Mortgage Technology Awards sponsored by Mortgage Technology magazine.
“Landscape™ continues to grow as a centralized tool for over 700 of our lender and mortgage banker clients. The addition of streamlined ordering through the Mercury Network platform strengthens our commitment to make Landscape™ interoperable with leading order management eco-systems,” said Hunter Gorog, President and COO of Landmark.
Landmark is currently integrated with ReverseVision and BayDocs & Platinum Data.
