Reverse mortgage lender MCM Holdings has announced the hire of Laura Alinger to the company’s wholesale executive team.
The company, which began a growth initiative in early 2014 and subsequently hired industry veteran Jason Levy as CEO, has been in the process of rolling out its broker development network channel over the course of this year. In September, MCM hired Sean Collins as business development manager for the northeast region.
Alinger, who brings 10 years of experience in providing reverse mortgage broker services, will work to further develop MCM’s broker base and will report directly to to Hader Mahmoodi, MCM’s head of wholesale.
“Laura is a tremendous addition to our team,” said CEO Jason Levy. “She has managed hundreds of broker accounts over the years, and I look forward to working closely with her in the future helping her broker base further develop there retail initiatives. We have experienced tremendous market share gains by offering our retail experience to our brokers in exchange for customer loyalty.”
The company’s President Michael Camus welcomed Alinger.
“[Laura is] a high energy, fiscally conscious, and goal-driven type of producer that fits well within our wholesale business model,” he said. “I’ve gotten to know Laura over the last four years and have watched her approach each new business challenge with an intrinsic flair for innovation, and creative problem-solving.”
MCM holdings is in the process of conducting reverse retail sales seminars in certain key markets and is sharing retail strategies with its broker base of clients in an effort to help grow the market as a whole, the company says. Find out more about the seminars.
