Two appraisal management companies and one reverse mortgage lender have made Inc. magazine’s 5000 fastest-growing companies list for 2013.
Ranking companies by a three-year growth rate from 2009 to 2012, the 2013 edition of the Inc. 5000 list features companies like Landmark Network, Coester VMS and Sente Mortgage.
Landmark Network ranked #210 on the list for its three-year growth of 2,004% when the company reported revenue of $7.5 million in 2012, up from $358,000 in 2009.
Founded in 2007, the Sherman Oaks, California company offers residential real estate appraisal management, alternative valuation and post-closing quality control audit services for community banks, mortgage bankers and brokers, wholesale lenders and credit unions.
Landmark also ranked #9 in the Top-100 Real Estate Companies, #40 among the Top 100 California Companies and #18 for the Los Angeles Metro Area, according to Inc.‘s data rankings.
CoesterVMS, a company based in Rockville, Maryland, provides valuation technology and services for residential and commercial properties specializing in appraisal reports.
The Maryland agency ranked #417 on the list of fastest-growing companies, achieving a 1,080% three-year growth rate to bring 2012 revenue to $14.2 million.
Founded in 2005, CoesterVMS currently employes 56 workers—51 of which were added in the previous three years.
The company also ranked #15 for both the Top 100 Real Estate Companies and Top 100 Maryland Companies, according to Inc.‘s rankings. CoesterVMS was also #37 among Washington, DC Metro Area companies.
Also joining the list was Texas-based Sente Mortgage, ranking at #2003.
Offering a wide variety of mortgage products, including reverse mortgages, the Austin-based Sente posted a 187% three-year growth to make the cut on 2013 Inc. 5000 list.
In 2009, the company posted a revenue for $8.2 million. Since then, revenue has jumped to $23.4 million in 2012 for the 125 employee company.
In addition to making the overall list, Sente Mortgage also ranked #47 among companies in the Austin Metro Area.
The full Inc. 5000 list also recognizes a number of other mortgage companies for their growth and entrepreneurial success, tallying a total of 33 companies when searching “mortgage.”
