Landmark Network AMC Makes Inc. Magazine Fastest-Growing List

Appraisal management company (AMC) Landmark Network has made its way to Inc. magazine‘s list of the fastest growing private companies in the nation, published in the magazine’s September issue.

Landmark, which serves as AMC for many reverse mortgage lenders in the business through its Landmark Reverse division, ranks No. 108 overall and No. 3 in Inc.’s Real Estate category. The 500|5000 list presents a look at independent entrepreneurs each year, with this year marking Landmark’s first time on the list.

“We are excited about being included in the Inc. 500 list this year. This represents a great milestone in our company’s growth over the past three years and I’m extremely proud of what our team has accomplished,” said Erik Richard, CEO.

Companies making the list must have had a minimum 770% in sales growth with the aggregate revenue of those companies on the list totaling $15.7 billion.

“This is a wonderful recognition and an exciting time for our company,” said Hunter Gorog, president and chief operating officer. “With the recent launch of our new workflow system and expansion in our alternative valuation line of product offering, we are well positioned for another record year of growth.”

  • Way to go, Erik!  I remember when it was just you, and kinda felt sad for you because you had a terrific vision, but so much competition … all I could see was the tough road ahead and risk associated with your goals and objectives.  I didn’t want you to fail, but couldn’t visualize how you’d be able to build the empire you envisioned.  But you’re a true visionary, and removed the obstacles from the roads when you encountered them, and built your company one brick at a time.  Blows my mind how well you’ve done – I’m truly impressed … and wish I was more like you.
