A rising reverse mortgage consultancy is growing its management team to ramp up its servicing, business development and learning and development services. Targeting growth, Greensboro, North Carolina-based Wendover Consulting announced this week that it has hired two industry veterans to its management team.
Karen Stegall has been hired as director of audit and compliance, and Nancy Armour as director of underwriting and client services.
Stegall, formerly was a vice president of Bank of America where she oversaw due diligence and credit policy for reverse mortgages. Armour, who has 19 years of reverse mortgage experience, held numerous positions in operations and servicing at Financial Freedom.
The additions come following Wendover’s addition of Ken Kanady, former Wells Fargo “top trainer” in September.
“The coming together of these three, highly-experienced and successful reverse mortgage professionals is evidence of our firm’s serious commitment to revitalizing and broadening this mortgage segment we all love,” said Jeff Taylor, president of Wendover Consulting. “Whether it be through quality and proven learning programs or assisting lenders in meeting increased regulatory requirements, we will be their trusted, knowledgeable go-to partners.”

Who’s Wendover Consulting? This is the first I’ve heard of them. Will they be originating Reverses?
