Customers can choose which products they would like to show on their calculator and can customize margins or rates, servicing fees, ect.  The calculator also is programmed to show state specific 3rd party costs based on zip codes says IBIS.

  • Is this an iPhone application or just a webpage that was designed for the iPhone? Either way it is a good step forward, but I would sincerely like to see an iPhone app from one of the major software providers such as Ibis.

  • You can get Financial Freedom's eRMA on your phone as well. I get it on my Droid phone. The eRMA is the same as the one you log into via Internet Explorer. If you are a Wholesale user of Financial Freedom's software, this is free.

  • Ibis could certainly build a pure iPhone app — the trouble is that most HECM originators with a Smartphone have a BlackBerry. The license fee for the Ibis mobile app is 45 cents per “use”. A use is when you change the client's birth date and click the “Calculate” button. Your User ID tells Ibis what products, rates, margins, and fees to show. They are customized for you.

  • >Your User ID tells Ibis what products,

How does the consumer get a “user id” Jerry? I tried using the calculator and wasn't able to because I didn't have a “user id”, and didn't find any information on how to get one. I'm confused – and if I'm confused, I'm assuming the average consumer will be too.

    What am I missing?
