After a successful launch, the company is rolling out a new set of features to help reverse mortgage originators streamline the qualification and origination process.
The latest additions include a lead qualifier which can determine whether a customer meets a certain set of criteria based on the information captured. The feature gives the originator the ability to customize sales flow and assign specific milestones to each level of sales stage.
Also included is a new reporting and dashboard interface so the user can quickly assess the health of their pipeline. Besides the lead qualifier, other features added are:
- Mail Merge; event-based or ad-hoc pre-populated letter creation for drip and
newsletter (business rules driven)
e-Mail campaign; automatic e-mail response or campaigns
Dashboard; Advanced dashboard, set your own chart view
Reporting; user-defined custom reporting
