Last week I got a quick demo of RMO Live!, a new customer relationship manager (CRM) designed specifically for the reverse mortgage business. RMO Live! was developed to help originators manage the process of leads while also giving managers the ability to track the progress of individual originators conversions.
Created using the SAP CRM system, REMO Live includes a built in reverse mortgage calculator that users can use directly for their prospects and set future alters based on the calculations. Originators also have the ability to generate letter/emails with lead specific information including the calculator results.
The system’s application flow is built to match the senior selling life cycle and is loaded with reverse mortgage templates and business rules that make it a unique and relevant system for the reverse mortgage business.
“REMO Live! can be utilized by small correspondents as a prospecting and a contact management tool to keep track of their leads, run calculations, manage daily calendar activities, create templates, and track their progress,” said Ali Redjai, CEO of REMO Live! He added, “Its rules engine and other automated features are also optimized for medium/large entities which purchase leads, engage in marketing campaigns, and/or have a staff of 7-10+ originators.”
What I liked most about the system was that it was simple. Often I see CRM systems which try tackle to many things which make using the system more confusing for the end user.
While REMO Live! is relatively new, Redjai told RMD that he has already signed up a group of lenders and expects more in the coming weeks. Companies using REMO Live! pay $35/month per user.
