Lender Lead Solutions recently launched their My Senior Lending Network website to provide information and guidance on issues important to members of the senior community. LLS hopes the web site will complement the company’s Senior Lending Network consumer advertising program that promotes reverse mortgages by offering additional content and sponsorship of originator partners.

Seniors have access to additional insights on reverse mortgages and related financial products, while our originator partners benefit from having a marketing communications vehicle to reinforce their relationship with prospective customers.” The web site also features articles written by Ron Roel, a veteran writer and editor that specializes in retirement and real estate. Along with Roel, Steve Stern who is a partner at the law firm of Davidow, Davidow, Siegel & Stern, LLP will be writing on different areas of elder law, estate planning, guardianships, business succession planning and long-term care. This company is going under. They are laying off in groups multiple times. Times are tough and loan volume is horrendous. I would NOT submit loans to Senior Lending Network aka World Alliance Financial Corp aka Lender Lead Solutions aka Vertical Lend.
