Former Human Resources Director for the United Nations, Liane Cornelius has joined Generation Mortgage as Vice President of HR, the company announced today. 

With more than 18 years of HR experience, Cornelius served as the U.N.’s Human Resources Director—Global Human Resources Business Partner for the better part of her career at 14 years. 

Cornelius’ career with the U.N. included an expansive portfolio that included the U.S., Europe, Africa, Asia/Pacific, the Caribbean/Latin America, and Middle East regions. 

Prior to her position at the U.N.. Cornelius worked as an HR Benefits/Training Manager for JP Morgan Chase and as a consultant with corporations such as Spectrum Source/HR, AFC Enterprises, AIM, and Penske Automotive.

Cornelius’ role with Generation Mortgage will include talent management, organizational design, compensation, leadership development and performance management for the company, the company said.
