Reverse Fortunes rolled out a new feature included in its MyRMAgent website templates to assist reverse mortgage lenders in generating leads for their business online. The lead capture tool, allows lenders to generate a form that requires visitors to submit basic contact information before they receive a reverse mortgage quote from the calculator.
“We made this recent improvement based on the suggestions from several of our existing customers”, said Shannon Hicks, VP of Product development.
As more of its users are generating their own leads online, the custom form is an obvious next step. “We have several motivated users who have installed Google Analytics and optimized their sites with keywords for the cities they serve” he said.
The company also recently rolled out its “Live Quote” calculator, a tool powered by Reverse Vision that allows lenders to contact borrowers and answer any questions while filling out their information. “As the market evolves we continue to improve the website to better meet the needs of both the consumer and the lending professional”.
