One Reverse Mortgage launched its new review site displaying survey results gathered from customers after they close on a reverse mortgage.

According to the San Diego, CA based reverse mortgage lenders site, the reviews are from real people with real opinions, unedited (with the usual exceptions of personal info, profanity and off topic remarks being removed) and uncensored.

Users can browse by date and by reverse mortgage experience, the site currently has around 20 reviews with the average rating being 4 out of 5 stars.

Considering the reviews are all very positive I sent an email to One Reverse pointing out that it looked a bit “odd” and received the following response.

We do not edit the reviews that appear on the site in any way. Doing so would negate the credibility and reliability of the review process. We pride ourselves on client service, so I am not surprised that we have initially seen a number of positive reviews from past clients. However, if and when we do receive negative feedback, we will certainly post it to the site, while also using it internally as a learning tool.
