		<description>Reva,rnrnThank you for the heads up on HR 4419.  We in California are currently working on fixing AB 329 through a partial revival of SB 660.  It will be interesting to read the federal proposal in light of the problems with AB 329.  Hopefully this bill solves the counseling funding and responsibility issues that are unresolved here.  I hope it also solves the distribution issue related to the required notice problem.  It will also be interesting to see if it applies to HECMs only.rnrnAgain thanks for the heads up.</description>
