A bank is paying the principal amount to someone for an annuity for the borrower and the heris will have to pay the bank the principal amount to retain the house.  Yet the bank is going to make an enormous profit.  How?&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Maybe an example would help using numbers rather than Indian denominations.</description>
