		<description>Mortgagee Letter 2009-46B is much different than Mortgagee Letter 2009-19.  Initial reaction is one of surprise.  It seems as if some of the more onerous aspects of Mortgagee 2009-19 were eliminated.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;I just hope there are no further delays in implementation.</description>
