		<description>What&#039;s sad is that no one did anything about this company when it was doing business like this.  And if you look closely, it was a NRMLA member for years!  Unfortunately, there will always be unscrupulous business people out there...but, we have to try and encourage our clients and fellow reverse mortgage LO&#039;s to speak out when they hear of acts like these.  And hope that organizations like NRMLA and the DCCA will listen and take action....</description>

I am glad to see that this firm was really a small player, having only 14 HECMs endorsed in 2009, and that they are not a NRMLA member.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Other companies that might tolerate similar inappropriate cross-selling activities should be forewarned, HUD is taking a more aggressive stance to weed out the bad players from its programs.</description>
