Washington Trust continues to expand its reverse mortgage footprint with the addition of Brian Mahone and Carl Sylvester as new regional managers for its new Home Loan center in Sharon, Massachusetts. 

They will oversee the daily activities, and lead the team of lending professionals at the Home Loan Center said a company statement.

Mahone brings over 20 years of mortgage experience and was formerly a co-owner of a mortgage company in Massachusetts for the past 15 years.  He is also a member of the National Reverse Mortgage Lenders Association and an active member of the Reverse Mortgage Committee for the Massachusetts Mortgage Association.

Sylvester has more than 17 years of mortgage loan and management experience and was formerly a co-owner of a mortgage company in Massachusetts.  Sylvester is a member of the Massachusetts Mortgage Association and Massachusetts Board of Realtors.

According to HUD endorsement reports, Washington Trust has endorsed 61 HECMs in FY 2009.
