    I think I will be ready for the chasges. The only coun selor in my town is very proactive in evaluating budgets AND mkaing recommendation on clients' course of action. He has told my borrowers “you don't need a reverse mortgage” and you should file bankruptcy instead.” I eventually closed 2 of those but have lost 4 this year. Monday was the latest…a $145,000 deal where the borrower initially wanted to sign docs immediately after colunseling to beat the deadline. Instead, he stopped in and said they would not be applying.
