There doesn't seem to be anything different in this video than any others I have seen. It's not all that positive.

The only negative I read was a semi-negative remark by a “financial advisor”.

So there were some cautions noted and some stories of overcharges for services. I still think, that I as a prospective borrower, would still want to check out a RM as a possible financial problem solution after watching the video.

What is great about this presentation is the anecdote was positive. There is nothing wrong with warning seniors about inappropriate uses of funds.

While I would not call the TV reporting or article positive, neither were they negative. It was about as even handed as one sees.
