		<description>It seems misperceptions are the rule of the day when it comes to reverse mortgages.  It is odd that those who CLAIM to advocate for consumers rights are usually those who are behind the times and are arguing against things that are easily in the best interests of consumers.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;It does not seem that the Aussies are as concerned about potential conflicts of interest which is the real reason for restricting cross selling.  I am surprised to read that the emphasis in Australia is on interest rates and not proceeds.&lt;br&gt;&lt;br&gt;Excellent article.</description>
