Value Financial Services announced that it launched Virtual RMS, a special web portal for its reverse mortgage originators.  The portal allows originators to access calculators, marketing, training, printing materials, as well as news feeds from websites like yours truly. 

Virtual RMS was designed and implemented by Andrew Milks, Value’s AVP of Marketing and training to provide a single location where originators could find all of the company’s resources.  You can see a screenshot below. 

The portal also keeps originators up to date on different training sessions being offered as well as updates from HUD.  Users have the ability to order businesses cards, design and print personalized direct mail, and produce a custom 60 second radio commercial from one location.

The company is also actively developing a proprietary lead tracking system with an LOS export option, live training videos, and a more detailed web calculator it expects to roll out in the 3Q of 2009 said Milks in an email to RMD.
