I also have a small ad geared toward our clientele. I have not received a lead from this as of yet (about 4 months on)I am getting the "clicks" so I know it's being read and I'm paying for each click. I tried Twitter and it's not for me. I yet have heard of or met a senior using Twitter. In my opinion, what's the reason not to? Well I use Facebook for work and of course I have personal info on there also.
