Today, 1st Reverse Financial Services announced the launch of its new E-Retail Reverse Mortgage Center to help leverage its originators out in the field, call center, and internet based loan origination activities.

Located outside of Cleveland, Ohio the center is managed by Pamela Burkett and staffed with several experienced reverse mortgage lending professionals.  The office will handle all inbound and outbound telemarketing support, direct mail, and internet inquiries to expand 1^st Reverse’s growing retail reverse mortgage presence throughout the nation.

“1^st Reverse is truly excited to launch this next channel of reverse mortgage originations for our company. Our commitment to seniors and the many methods seniors use to access information about reverse mortgage loans has been greatly enhanced with the E-Retail Center”, said Ralph Rosynek, President of 1^st Reverse.

The Westmont, IL based company has been actively recruiting experienced sales managers throughout the country to build its retail presence.  They recently added Tim Linger as the Mid-Atlantic Retail Sales Manager and Robert Wallace to head their retail operations out east.  The company is currently looking for someone to manage its expansion on the West Coast.
