One of the articles this week was good. One was a poor self-promotion with misleading information, and the other was interesting even though its subject was a real estate project.

The interesting thing about the one article criticizing reverse mortgages were the comments made. They showed how little those defending reverse mortgages really understand them. One tried to defend them using incorrect income tax information which another commentator attempted to tear apart. Others defended RMs by improper reliance on TALC calculations which the commentators made clear by their comments how little they actually understand it.

As a critic, self-promotion is so distasteful and disgraceful. It is like eating lard.
