• Overall endorsement volume for July came in at 9,484 units, down just about 6% from the previous month, and bringing the year-to-date endorsement number up to 68,719.
• The top 10 lenders have contributed 25,720 loans year to date, or 37.4% of total industry volume.
• Regionally, we continue to see the most strength in the Southeast, Southwest and Rocky Mountain regions, with the Pacific/Hawaii and New England regions bringing up the rear.
• Active lender counts continue to grow at a much faster rate than unit volume — 84% active lender growth vs 2.7% endorsement growth YTD.
