Senior Lending Network Rolls Out New Website
August 6th, 2008 | by John Yedinak Published in LLS, News, Reverse Mortgage
Last week the Senior Lending Network unveiled their new website which was redesigned to better support its customer base. Some of the new features include video clips to give users an introduction to reverse mortgages as well as customer testimonials. There is also a new caregiver section as a result of the growing numbers of inquires made by families of senior homeowners.
“As the nation’s leading educator on the benefits of reverse mortgages, Senior Lending Network has its finger on the pulse of topics that affect our customers and their caregivers on a day-to-day basis,” said David Peskin, chief executive officer of Senior Lending Network.
The new website also includes a live chat function which allows visitors to ask questions about reverse mortgages and get answers quickly. I decided to test out the function last week thinking they might be using an automated service but I was wrong. I asked questions that only someone in the industry would be able answer and the person on the other end gave great answers.
I prefer to use tools like live chat when I am researching things on the web because it’s easier than picking up the phone and you can get answers quickly. To see what the new website looks like click the link below.
