Two New Upcoming Reverse Mortgage Conferences

It turns out NRMLA and the Mortgage Bankers Association were listening to us when we asked them not to schedule their conferences the same week on different sides of the country like last time. Below are the details:
MBA’s Reverse Mortgage Lending Fall Conference 2008
- Hyatt Regency Miami, October 2-3
- Not to many details yet but they are requesting proposals for panel sessions and individual presentation topics. If you have an idea you can submit it here. Deadlines for submissions are Friday, July 11.
NRMLA 2008 Annual Meeting and Expo
- Hyatt Regency Century Plaza Hotel, Los Angeles, November 17-19

- Discount on Tickets if you purchase them by June 30th.
I’m planning on heading out to Cali for NRMLA’s event, not sure if I’ll be in Miami for the MBA.

I just love the sites of the regionsl meetings-as an originator which is closer- Phily or Denver. I’ll jst call the NFL Bucs-of course their division foes covering the entire Southeast would be in New Orleans (No way} or Atlanta or C-town-banking centers and too convenient. Perhaps a new organization the SERMLA would serve our needs better-since markets are so regionalized, what do we have in common with Boston, L.A. or Chicago, etc.?
