Reverse Mortgage Week In Review

April 18th, 2008  |  by John Yedinak Published in Financial Freedom, News, Reverse Mortgage

image Did you know that IndyMac Bank has a company blog that discusses different topics about the company? The latest post is from Michelle Minier, CEO of Financial Freedom, where she discusses the recent concerns from the media and members of congress. The first 90% of the post sounds like a canned response from her PR department but the last few paragraphs are better. I’ve never spoken with her but I give her some credit for putting herself out there.

A few other reverse mortgage headlines from the week:

  • FBI sees surge in mortgage fraud investigations (AP)
  • MetLife Purchases EverBank (InsuranceNewsNet)
  • Reverse Mortgage Information – What types of Programs? (LA Chronicle)

Have a great weekend!
