Region Detail- Southeast/Caribbean

• This region has consistently been the strongest in the country YTD, both in endorsement volume growth and active lender growth.
• As indicated by the region detail breakdown, much of this growth is driven by Florida, whose count of active lenders YTD is second only to California, but interestingly Florida has more of the larger national lenders whereas California has significantly greater numbers of very low volume originators.
• Coral Gables is the highest volume metropolitan area for endorsements in the country YTD, joined by Tampa and Orlando in the top 10 nationally.
• Not a single metro shrank YTD as this region continues to challenge Pacific/Hawaii as the largest volume region in the nation.  Southeast/Caribbean is just 2% behind Pacific/Hawaii in share of total endorsements.
